By downloading or using VPN Proto ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
VPN Proto is a free client application that establishes encrypted VPN connections to servers you configure, using protocols including OpenVPN, WireGuard, IKEv2, SSTP, and V2Ray/Xray. The app does not provide VPN servers; you supply your own server configurations.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use VPN Proto only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Distribute malware or conduct attacks against networks or systems.
- Access services in violation of their terms.
You are solely responsible for your activity while using the app and for ensuring that VPN use is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, nor the performance of any third-party server you connect to.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPN Proto and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
5. Free of charge
VPN Proto is provided free of charge. There are no fees, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. We reserve the right to introduce optional features in the future, which would be clearly communicated.
6. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
