Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

VPN Proto ("we", "our", or "the app") is built on a simple principle: your privacy belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not handle.

1. Our no-logs commitment

VPN Proto does not collect, monitor, store, or sell logs of your browsing activity, traffic contents, DNS queries, IP addresses, connection timestamps, or bandwidth usage. We have no servers that observe your traffic — your data travels directly between your device and the VPN servers you choose to configure.

2. Information stored on your device

The app stores the following locally on your device only:

This information never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

3. Information we do not collect

We do not require an account, email address, phone number, or any personal information to use VPN Proto. We do not use analytics SDKs that profile you, and we do not include advertising trackers.

4. Permissions

The app requests the VPN permission required by Android to establish an encrypted tunnel, and optionally notification permission to display connection status. These permissions are used solely to provide the VPN functionality.

5. Third-party servers

VPN Proto connects to the VPN servers you configure. Those servers are operated by you or by third-party providers you select, and are governed by their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the logging or data handling of third-party servers.

6. Children's privacy

VPN Proto is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
